| Never the most confident or secure of girls, Nicole has of late blossomed into a confident and challenging young woman. Having come to terms with the loss of her parents to a horrific car crash, Nicole finds herself no longer terrified of being alone. While Nicole's unplanned pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage forced her and Rusty's relationship to the forefront, and it eventually led to the parting ways. Rusty and Nicole eventually found themselves becoming friends, something Nicole appreciated in light of her returning feelings for best friend Angel's boyfriend, Chris. Faced with the reality that nothing was ever going to happen between herself and Chris, and her friendship with Angel in ruin, Nicole agreed to her sister Sarah's decision to relocate to New York, where she'd received a new job offer. |
